Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This brand new, sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

Completely Waterproof!!!
I had the unfortunate luck of having to walk for 50 minutes in constant rain. The only upside was that my feet were completely dry at the end of it all!!! I am in love. I have wide feet and I’ve been looking for a waterproof shoe that is comfortable and keeps my feet dry. I do believe I’ve found them!! I also wear these to work for 4-7 hours on my feet in addition to walking to the bus to and from work, about 2,000 steps total, up to 14k in a single day. I typically wear a 10W. I ordered the 10.5 and they fit perfectly! I have the black pair and I’m seriously consider in getting the other color!

Nicest shoes I own
Worth the money, all day long. Look good, waterproof and comfortable. Generous room in the toes, decent grip soles, and yet looks professional (I teach Env Sci). Will be ordering more when needed.
