The Outlanders with their waterproof uppers and 4mm deep lugs will give you incredible traction, whether you’re snowshoeing through mountain powder or trudging through mucky slush in town. Live somewhere very wet (we’re looking at you PNW)? The gusseted tongue keeps the tongue completely attached to the boot, preventing moisture and debris from coming inside the shoe. We also took the same breathable, waterproof liner from the Waterproof Boulder Boot to keep water out so your feet stay dry and warm.

A spacious toe box coupled with a zero-drop platform will have your feet dancing on the trail, because these natural foot-shaped hiking boots allow you to move in proper alignment, just as nature intended.

Now, for the toughest decision of all: Which colorway will you choose? Evergreen, Blue Steel, or Iceberg? All three are beauties designed with inspiration from Mother Nature herself.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

    Solid boot

I’ve worn these boots for 10 months now and there have been no blowouts. The treads still have plenty of grip, all the seems a tightly woven together, and the only real damage on them is scuffing and sanding on the leather parts of the boot. The leather wear is to be expected of any leather material and these boots are holding up better then most.

    Approved by North Dakota Winters!

I live in the middle of North Dakota, so I was hesitant to purchase these as a winter boot, but they are performing far beyond any expectations! I’ve walked to work when it was 20 below (with the wind chill) and spent multiple hours shoveling in them. My feet stay warm and dry. For sizing, I bought a 12, and for comparison, I wear a 12 in the Boulder Boot, a 11.5 in the Trailhead, a 12 in the Chukka, and a 11 in the Primal 2.
