2nd Day Shipping Details

2^nd Day air is a premium UPS service that delivers within 2 business days*. Only US addresses are eligible for this service.

What is the latest time an order can be placed to assure it ships the out that same day?

The Lems warehouse will prioritize the shipping of these 2nd day orders. These must be placed by 12:15pm Eastern Standard Time Mon-Fri to ship out same day. Orders do not ship on holidays when the warehouse is closed.

What is considered to be day 1?   

The day after it is picked up by UPS from the Lems warehouse would be considered day 1. If it leaves Lems warehouse on Tuesday, it should arrive on Thursday. If it leaves Lems warehouse on Wednesday, it should arrive on Friday.  Deliveries will happen at any time up to the end of the day on that second day.
