Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Pretty nice!
Leather and styling are greatly improved over V1. The white sole feels less cushioned than every other Lems show I have (5 other pairs). I'm sure they will hold up great. I would love to see the brown shoe with a brown sole on lieu of the white.

Great Looking shoe and adequate toe box width, too minimal underfoot for my comfort.
Really like the look of these, the toe box is roomy enough and doesn't look bulbous as many wide toe box shoes can look. fit is nice if you size up, I always go up 1 size for Lems. But I really can't get past the thin soles. I know that's a selling point for some people buying Lems, but for me I'm all about the toe box width and the zero drop but can't handle the minimal soles. If these had a sole thickness somewhere between the "grip" soles in some models and the boulder summits nice thick soles these would be ideal for my uses.
Unfortunately these are a return for me.
----My favorite Lems are the boulder summit and the Chukka grip.

Nine2Five V1 fit great but... laces too short
I love these shoes. I wear LEMS Primal 2s daily, and the Nine2Fives are perfect for dressier occasions. My only complaint is that the laces are too short. So I find myself pulling the laces too tight to get enough slack to tie them, so then my feet get uncomfortable after a while.
I contacted LEMS customer service (a.k.a. "Support Hero"), who told me that LEMS doesn't deal in laces, so I should buy the right ones somewhere else to solve my problem. Would it be out of line to think that that was a disappointing response from LEMS?
In summary, I love the LEMS Nine2Fives and recommend them to a friend.
