The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Absolutely wonderful.
I have only had my boots for a week but they are so perfect. I love the wide toe box and the minimal drop to them. They look good too and I just feel like I could do anything in them. I could work, I could run, I could hike, I can go out to a restaurant and look good. They're absolutely awesome!
Like another review did, I find that one size bigger than my normal shoe size fits perfectly. You may wish to order one size bigger.

Great shoes
I like these but not as much as my outlanders.
I think my wife’s version of these was a little different and were purchased last year-
They were ankle high and a bit cooler.
This version goes up above the ankle and is a bit more combat boot esque.
I was hoping these were more ankle boot as those look better and more comfortable.
That being said, great hiking boots.
