The Outlanders with their waterproof uppers and 4mm deep lugs will give you incredible traction, whether you’re snowshoeing through mountain powder or trudging through mucky slush in town. Live somewhere very wet (we’re looking at you PNW)? The gusseted tongue keeps the tongue completely attached to the boot, preventing moisture and debris from coming inside the shoe. We also took the same breathable, waterproof liner from the Waterproof Boulder Boot to keep water out so your feet stay dry and warm.

A spacious toe box coupled with a zero-drop platform will have your feet dancing on the trail, because these natural foot-shaped hiking boots allow you to move in proper alignment, just as nature intended.

Now, for the toughest decision of all: Which colorway will you choose? Evergreen, Blue Steel, or Iceberg? All three are beauties designed with inspiration from Mother Nature herself.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

    Amazing Boots

It can be difficult finding zero drop boots that are comfy, look nice, and perform well. Well, look no further. These boots satisfy all three! From hiking, to riding my motorcycle, playing disc golf, or a casual night out, the boots perform well. They may be a little pricey, but so far they are worth the price.

    Could be tougher

These boots are pretty comfortable and I love the way they look but they definitely have some flaws. I have had these boots for 7 months now and wear them every day and this is what I have found. Firstly they are zero drop but the insoles they come with are not so if you actually want the zero drop you have to get a different set of insoles. Secondly the tread didn't hold up great and have worn well over 50%, I would like to see a tougher rubber that holds up better. Thirdly the outsole has started to separate from the upper by the toe. It's not much but it's definitely disappointing. Overall I like these boots and they have held up ok but for being $200 I would have expected them to last at least a year and if they are advertised as zero drop then they should have zero drop insoles. The upper construction has held up well, the leather seams to be good quality, and I like the fact that it's is pretty much all double stocked and has riveted metal eyelets for the laces. They are definitely better than other zero drop wide toe box boots I have worn from other big brands but I would really like a tougher outsole.

    Soles are too thick!!

After 3 pair of Primal 2, I am used to a flexible sole, which is for efficient for me while walking and healthier for my feet.

The Outlander boot has soles that are too thick, not flexible , which forces you to use more energy to walk with these boots! And I do a lot of walking and hiking. Reminds me of my military boots!

They look great, fit well, just uncomfortable to walk in.
