Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Comfortable, but they scuff way too easily!
I enjoy wearing these and they are very comfortable right from the start. However they have two major flaws. First, they scuff immediately and just generally look worn out and ready to be replaced after about 3 weeks! (I wish I knew what I could use to refresh them a bit, but it shouldn't be necessary after less than a month.) I've many shoes of similar style and never had this issue. Also, as other reviewers describe, they squeak loudly when new. It is not the soles squeaking on floors but the insoles squeaking when pressed down within the shoes. (No squeaking if insoles are removed.) I think it is getting better with time, though I also rubbed some wax inside the shoes near the insoles, which seems to have helped. They were close to unwearable at the beginning due to squeaking, but now are okay and only squeak occasionally. It's a shame that these two issues ruin an otherwise great shoe.

Loved the original
I’ve had two pair of the 925, one in black and one brown, for several years now and they have been my steady office shoes for work. Always comfortable and professional.
I would like to order another pair of the brown but sadly, the new white sole is not going to work for me.
Looks a little tacky and I can’t imagine the white sole wearing well as it will discolor and age the shoe prematurely.
Guess I will wait until more reviewers have similar concerns and lems goes back to the original brown sole…

ANOTHER AWESOME GIFT !!
his was a request from my favorite nephew for a birthday gift. He needed a dressier but still casual shoe for his new job. Lems to the rescue!! I know he hated to not wear his Lems boots ... but this was the perfect choice for the days he needs to be in the office. Comfy + Classic = Perfection !!
