These toe spacers are created by the Correct Toes company. They can be worn inside Lems during activity. It is recommended to remove the insole of the shoe in order to create ample space inside the toe area. Wearing Correct Toes during activity can increase the re-aligning effect of the toes back to their natural position. I have purchased less expensive versions that were helpful. But got these for my husband who need to work on some plantar fasciitis issues and foot rehab. They are the best I’ve had. We are both using them. Size medium. He feels the stretch in his toes and doing this and other exercises has already had improvement in a week to his foot. These are very well made and we picked based off the size chart. For me it aligns better then the other I have tried. So I’m hopeful it will help reduce my bunion that remains a little still as I have been barefoot shoes for 10 years. Highly recommend and well worth the price.

It’s been a long time coming , I’ve been wanting these for some time now .
There are so many knock off’s out there but won’t stand up to the best & original.
I waited to get these once I was in the US on vacation from the UK and avoided the extra charges you would normally incur.
Been wearing on & off for about 3 weeks now . Along with the foot exercises I’ve been doing prior to getting these.
I can see my toes are straightening up & foot health is improving .
No more tapered squash your toes in shoes for me.
Plantar faciosis is no joke.
