*Please note: The Primal 3 now comes with the Minimal Cork Insole (not the pictured blue insoles in some lifestyle shots). Sorry, no substitutions.

Attention, Primal 2 enthusiasts! Get ready to refresh your footwear game with the all-new Primal 3. Designed with your feedback in mind, this latest iteration maintains many of the signature features of the Primal 2, such as a zero-drop platform and wide toe box, while also introducing exciting enhancements.

The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot. It has a wider heel and midfoot to distribute your weight more evenly. The Primal 3 still utilizes our signature IBR outsole for a lightweight, flexible feel!

With fit and feel in mind, we've listened to your feedback and made the Primal 3 available in half sizes, because when it comes to comfort, we believe every inch counts!

Speaking of comfort, our new recycled PU insole takes things up a notch. At 4.5mm thick, its breathable materials ensures comfort in every step.

And fear not, loyal fans – while the Primal 3 boasts exciting new features, we've kept the upper consistent with the beloved Primal 2. That's right – the same unbeatable comfort you know and love, now with even more sizing options to ensure the perfect fit for every foot!

ENHANCED OUTSOLE

With its newly redesigned outsole, the Primal 3 features a wider footprint, offering improved weight distribution and stability.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel flat to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

FLEXIBLE

Made from our signature IBR outsole, the Primal 3 is an ultra lightweight and flexible option compared to traditional footwear.

    Good

This is a very comfortable shoe. I originally bought this upon a recommendation from a friend when I was complaining of foot pain. We both study martial arts and are used to going barefoot in our home and when practicing.

It only took a day to get used to these. I feel a lot more stable. Sorry, foot pain not completely gone, but it’s definitely better. The sneaker is very light and flexible. I bought two sizes which both fit. I decided to keep them and just wear heavy socks with the larger size. They are very breathable and will not keep your feet warm.

I use these at work and in the gym. My next pair will be the Zen for hiking as it has more cushion.

    Nice.

    Best shoes I’ve ever had

Very breathable and nice for people like me who have swamp foot and hobbit feet. Longest lasting pair of shoes I’ve ever had. I’ve got some weird feet that act as a shredder to every pair of shoes I’ve ever worn. Before these shoes my longest lasting pair of shoes was 5 months and I’ve used high quality shoes from Nike, on cloud, adidas, under armour and many other reputable brands. And I don’t mean they get a little roughed up. They are fully worn and split in half with holes in them everywhere you look. I’ve been walking with these shoes for about 2 hours a day and they are amazing. If you are not barefoot often or wear sandals often then the transition will be tough. I’m barefoot every chance I get but the transition was still rough. Don’t convince yourself it’s easy either because I did and ended up regretting it after walking around the college campus for 2 hours. Could hardly move my calf muscles the next day. Feet were just fine though.
