Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Great shoes!
These are one of the greatest shoes for a variety of reasons:
1. Lack of heel makes one's foot stronger over time. Fatigue due to prolonged standing or walking improves over time.
2. Wide toe box is good for everyone. Many Asian Indians have a wider foot. There is a great chance one would never have to return this shoe because of a fit problem.
3. The leather top does not wear down for years due to wide toe-box. I have hallus valgus, no issues.
4. The sole is super durable for the intended office use. I have three sets of these shoes. The first one 'lasted' 4 years as the sole got a bit worn, but me being a skilled handyman glued another hardwearing sole costing just fifteen dollars. The other two are virtually new during these 5-6 years.
5. These shoes don't make business sense from sellers point of view. They are a deal for better foot health. Orthopods...please check this one out!

Nine2Five V2…
I love my new Lems shoes. I owned a pair of 9-2-5 v1 which I also loved and wore them for a number of years. I like the look of the new version even better. I ordered the same size as before. I found the fit slightly different, but neglected to read the sizing info webpage. No problem…it was effortless to return the shoes and order the next size up. That size fits perfectly.
