Not as good as the regular folder waterproof
This is my second pair of Boulder waterproof boots that I have purchased. I have the regular version in black and ordered these grippy ones in Brown for walking on snow and ice. I will say the grip is very good. I do like the color and the look of the boot. What eye doctor star for is the fact that these are a completely different foot shape. They are much narrower than the original boulder waterproof. The tow box is not anywhere near as a roomy.

Great boot but...
I Like everything about these boots. Roomy enough to wear thick socks, easy to lace up and take off. My only problem was a loose stitch on the top of the boot. I didn't notice until I had already worn them outside. I bought shoe adhesive and put it in the seam so it wouldn't separate further.
