PRIMAL 2 VS. PRIMAL 3 OVERVIEW

Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

This full-rubber, rugged outsole is designed with recessed grooves and singular lugs, giving you the traction you need for any sticky situation!

BREATHABLE MATERIALS

Lightweight, breathable air mesh covers the upper where the foot flexes, allowing for maximum comfort and mobility.

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel flat to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

First pair and I love them
This is my first pair of Lems and I am impressed. I can wear them all day and my feet aren't tired. I love the low cut around the ankle and they have just three right amount of cushion in the step.

I waited!
This is my 3rd pair of Lems shoes. Love them all. I patiently, or maybe not so patiently, waited for these to come out. They fit true to size, are comfy and look great too. Love the roomy toe box!
I have done a few small hikes, they grip well, They are perfect for dog walking. I work for a state park and these will be my daily wear this season. I highly recommend!

Trail Blazer
These have quickly become my favorite show! I find myself grabbing these shoes almost daily since I received them. The are extremely supportive. The toe room is amazing. I am already considering buying more in another color. I have no knee or foot pain in these, they are great.
