Very comfortable and great room for toes
These boots are so comfy and feel high quality, however, if I wear socks any thicker than just a normal sock there is no way my foot will fit. There’s great room for the toes and the length is great (ordered .5 size up) but it fits like a glove around my foot and ankle. Since the upper is a more stiff material it does rub at the top opening so thicker socks would be better to wear with them. I’m hoping this will go away as they start to wear in.

Size up 1/2 size
I usually wear a size 7, and sometimes can fit in a 6.5, I ordered a 7.5 in these boots. They fit great! At first I thought they looked big and clunky, but once I put on a regular sock and slipped the shoe on, the shoes fit nice and tight, but not too tight! Just right. They keep my feet warm and dry! I've only had them for a few days, but hoping they last me many years, cuz they are expensive! They look cute with, jeans, leggings, and dresses. Wore them out walking with the kiddos in the rain, they are so comfy and kept my feet dry!

Too small
My foot measures 25.4 cm (could y’all put your exact foot measurements in the review since “9” or “9.5” means something different every brand of shoe) and customer service recommended a size 10’to fit a thick sock in the Chelsea Tuff. It was too small with a thick sock and barely long enough with a thin sock. It’s wildly impracticable and expensive to send back from Canada (duties and shipping not refunded. - pay the shipping back - then pay duties and shipping again on the new pair) so I kept them.
For these Chelsea waterproof I learned from that experience and ordered an 11. They fit my right foot with a thick sock but are loose on the smaller left - I used the extra insoles that came with the tuff and it works now (maybe order extra insoles with your original purchase of this might be a prob for you?). I can’t wear these with a thin sock though so maybe 10.5 would have been better in this non winter version.
Other than that - they’re a beautiful boot. Just wish a 10.5 would have been affordable for an exchange.
