Good boot, not as pretty as the Boulder Summit
I really like this boot. I tried the Boulder Summit first but it was too wide for me. Please note that I have fairly narrow feet. Wearing the Chillums and the Courts have allowed my feet to widen to their more natural state. Some folks said that the Boulder Grips were narrow and ran small. For me, they feel like they are nearly identical to the Chillum Grip and Court Grip. It may be possible that they feel every so slightly narrow and short because of the waterproof lining. Thus far, I am a fan of Lems Grip style shoes and boots.

Love them!!!!
I love my pair a lot, but they are a less narrow compared to the boulder boot summit so keep that in mind. They're still spacious thought, but I wish they used the same last as the summit. Other than that, I love it

Awesome, versatile boots
I've had these for about a month now, and I've worn them in light winter conditions, hiking, and out socially.
I have a couple of regular Boulder boots, and I've always found the soles to be a bit sketchy in wet or icy conditions. They are fine in normal conditions, but throw in a bit of ice, and you're going skating.
The sole on Boulder Boot Grip is not surprisingly much better in that regard, and provides more confidence in icy conditions. There's a bit less ground feel because of the increased stack height, but I'm okay with the trade-off in cooler months. They are very comfortable and great for walking.
I've done some hiking in them, but not a lot, and not over rough terrain, so I can't comment much on that yet.
The boots are well made, and I expect that with some TLC on the leather, they will last for quite a while. I'm enjoying the rugged look of the oiled leather, and I also got the leather care kit to keep the boots lasting for as long as possible.
