Close but no cigars
These are so close to the semi formal business casual show I was looking for. There are two things that brought them below the line of awesome:
1. The laces are a bit too casual for what I was hoping. I replaced them with some round laces from the business shoes I wanted to replace.
2. The bumpy leather and soft nylon around the ankle both make it look a bit more casual than I was hoping.
So my search for the perfect shoe to accompany one bag business travel continues but I think Lem could get it done if they tried but this isn't quite it.
