Great Shoe
I have been wearing chukka shoes for more than three years now. I absolutely love the suede chukka that was offered when I first discovered LEMS shoes. This chukka grip in leather is terrific too, except it doesn't breathe as well as the suede and the shoes have a squeak that can be bothersome, especially in a quiet setting like the local library.

Decent looking athletic shoe alternative
I have been struggling to find work appropriate shoes with a wide toe box but not a super wide heel for a "pizza shaped" low volume foot. These little black high tops fit the bill. While still more casual than a dress shoe, they work far better with dresses and "business casual" than athletic styled shoes. I've been wearing them for a couple of months at home, at work, and out and about without issues. I would not recommend them for long walks/hikes, but for a basic, decent looking shoe that fits my foot shape, they work!

Superb
After much research and several shoe purchases, I bought a pair of Primal Zen (black) and wanted you to know these shoes are absolutely the best shoes I've had on my feet in a very long time. After I gave the shoes a run, I went back and bought another pair in white. Which then led me to the Chukka Grip. All I can say is WOW. You guys understand shoes and more importantly - feet.
