Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Love these shoes!
I bought my first 2 pairs Lem's and I absolutely love them! After being advised of the benefits of zero heel drop shoes and wide toe boxes I decided to give these a whirl, and I am so glad I did. I have about a dozen pairs of big brand tennis shoes and thought they were comfortable...until now! After wearing Lem's I don't think I'll ever go back to the tight, narrow your box shoes with all the "cushion"! Lem's are so much more comfortable!!!
I did have to go up 1/2 size on the Primal Zen style, compared to the Primal Eco style, but the exchange policy is amazingly customer friendly!!!

Morton’s Neuroma Relief
I have a wide toe box and fairly flat feet. I’m on my feet all the time at work. (Service industry). I’ve had Morton’s Neuroma for years and it’s hard to find shoes that don’t cause massive nerve pain in the middle of my shift. I’ve switched to almost all Lem’s shoes. They’re cute, comfortable and most importantly they support my foot just right without squeezing them and causing pain. I only get the shoes they offer in the widest width, but there’s plenty to choose from. Primal Zen are my favorite.
