Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform

Beyond impressed
I work a very active, wet, and dirty job, and walk around 18,000-25,000 steps during a single shift. My old boots were falling apart and giving me gnarly calluses and ulcers due to their shape. I needed something more comfortable could still keep my feet dry, because I spray lots of bleach and other cleaners at work.
I normally wear a size 10, and I ordered a size 10.5 as recommended by Lems. I have feet of average width. The boots fit my feet almost perfectly out of the box, and as the leather has changed shape over time, they've only gotten more comfortable. They fit best with my thicker winter socks on. There isn't an abundance of room to spread my toes out, but I don't experience any cramming; besides, that's one of the inevitable downsides to buying laceless boots.
I have been wearing these boots for about 2 months now, and I am in love! I bought them in the "Espresso" color, and they look so great that I wear them nearly just as much outside of work. The traction is good, even on wet polished concrete, although I wouldn't consider these "non-slip" footwear.
In order to ensure that they stay waterproof, I have been cleaning and waxing them about twice a month. I do this because of the harsh environments I subject these boots to, but it means I can't speak to how the waterproofing holds up without maintenance.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with how my feet have been feeling in these boots. I hope that they hold up well over time!

Very Happy
I am blessed my son found these and I was able to try on his before ordering. I love them! They are WIDE enough! They are the most comfortable boots I've ever had on. As a woman with large, wide feet, I've struggled with footwear my whole life! They were so comfortable that first day, I didn't want to take them off, and that NEVER happens! Most footwear, I can't wait to get off as soon as I can.
My only challenge is getting them on and off. Although I did get my son's boots on and off, it was hard, so I purposely ordered a size bigger. It's still challenging, but I expect it will get easier as they get broken in and I am more practiced. I have always worn footwear that is too long in order to get enough width to manage. And even with the extra length I don't need, I find these lightweight and easier to manage than any other boot I've worn. THANK YOU!!

Touch of Heaven
When I first slipped on my Chelsea Boot they felt incredible comfortable. Bought them for work but wear them everywhere. I love the soles they give me great traction. I love the way the boot slips on just the perfect amount of resistance sliding your foot in yet when they are on they are perfectly roomy.
