    Absolutely A great boot!

Let me start out by saying I love Lems. I have been wearing these shoes for a few years now. I’ve tried gym shoes and boots. I am a contractor so my boots get wore everyday in the toughest conditions. I have some honest feedback that I hope is actually read and taken into consideration. Even after several waterproofing treatments the boots don’t stay dry in the snow. This is use in wet / snowy conditions not perfect powder with temperatures that keep the snow from melting. Maybe this something that could be improved. The other feedback would to take the boot lining from the original boulder boot and put that into the boulder summit. I love the tread. What I don’t love is that the heel / liner is made out of un durable material. It tears, falls apart, and sticks to my heal when I take them off. That is the part that wore out first and my reason for buying new. Let me repeat I love lems and will continue to wear them. I have all of my contractor buddies wearing them now. Maybe a sponsorship could be talked about? Or someone to put a new pair to the test. Keep up the good work!

    Great boots.

Great shoes so far. The leather is very soft and really good looking. If you need a wide toe box I don’t think there is a better boot out there.

These boots are comfortable!! I work in vegetable fields all day and if you’ve ever spent the day walking in furrows you know shoes are important. So far they are holding up to mud great and it’s easy to clean the mud off the sole.

As an extra benefit it’s currently 115 degrees and these waterproof boots don’t feel hot like most waterproof boots. We will see how they feel when it’s 30 degrees, wet, and muddy.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good Boot, Questionable Durability -> (interior liner, insole)

I love the fit of this boot. Very comfortable and already feels like it is broken in within first wear. I wore these walking around an outdoor construction site, walking over steel, in dirt and mud, over rocks, you name it. Averaged about 7 miles a day, 5 days a week. Waterproof as advertised, but the leather needs to be conditioned for any use more than hiking on a dry dirt trail. The inside durability is where the question lies, as the insole and liner has already shown significant signs of wear and tear. I believe I purchased these in the beginning of this year (February?) I would recommend for casual hiking, moderate use. I would not recommend for long term, heavy use, if you plan on them surviving more than a year.
