I ordered these after first ordering the boulder boot which are the most comfortable boot I’ve ever worn. I ordered the same size as the first pair and the Chelsea boot is too loose and gives very little support in comparison to the boulder boot. I tried multiple different inserts to get the fit to feel better but unfortunately just have constant pain after getting through a shift at work. They are good for waterproof & easy slip on and off convenience but I’m ultimately disappointed in this shoe. There was no way to return or exchange since I wore them assuming they would be as awesome as the boulder. This is unfortunately absolutely not the shoe for me and plan to try and re-sell.

I bought these boots at the same time as the Chillum but unfortunately the left foot is a half size too small. The Chelsea boots are the same size as the Chillums which do fit well. I replaced the inner sole of the left boot with the smaller one you provided but the sole is not the right length and it doesn't make enough of a difference. My left toes still rub the tip of the boot.

I received the waterproof Chelsea boot tuff, and have been satisfied with its wide toe box and immediate walking comfort. I could have done without the faux fur, but was otherwise interested in this boot’s other winter/waterproof qualities, It also takes a bit of effort putting on/taking off, but that is getting easier with use.
