Perfect for winter
These boots are incredibly well-made and perfect for winter. The dark chocolate waterproof pebbled leather is gorgeous and practical, and the winter traction outsole feels like it can handle anything. They’re ideal for anyone looking for a durable, functional winter boot.
Unfortunately, they didn’t work out for me. While I loved their features and quality, the design felt a little too masculine for my personal style. When I paired the boots with my pants, the boots gave off a chef clog vibe that I couldn’t quite pull off. I’m still relatively new to barefoot shoes (two years in), so I’m still figuring out what works aesthetically for me.
I’d still recommend these boots for someone with a wardrobe that complements their style better than mine.

Runs narrower than Primal Zens
I am a size 7 in the Primal Zens and I love how much room I have in my toes. Unfortunately these Chelsea boots are a little narrower in the toes and they squish my toes. It’s because of the Adventure insole, which I love the cushy comfort of but there’s not enough room for my toe splay. In my photos I have my blundstones on the left, the Lems Tuff in the middle, and the primal zen on the right. I might have to try a half size up to prevent the toe squish.
