Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

By adding an ultra-thin 0.8mm cork top layer, your foot will be feeling the benefits of natural coolness and comfort, with or without socks.

No question the best shoes around.
Here’s the deal. These boutique outdoors companies have an arc to their quality. The company is started by some over motivated Young person with the business, acumen and motivation to make it great. they become popular. They have to increase manufacturing and distribution, and eventually gain enough traction to be bought out by a larger corporation, or chopped up into a board of shareholders, thus decreasing the quality, and generally the price of the product. Lems is in the peak of its lifespan because in five years they are probably gonna be trash and I wouldn’t be surprised if they were in corporate buy-out talks this very second

Great fit
I bought these a half size up as recommended and that was great. I enjoy a lower cut lace up boot that doesn't go too far over the ankle because it just feels better for my whole foot movement. I've tried several boots in this style and this is the only one that I put on and didn't have to go though my checklist of things that I needed/wanted in a boot. Thanks for function, fashion, and comfort.
