Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

These are awesome, fit perfectly and are the shoes I’ve been searching for, too bad it took me so long to find the brand. Much higher quality than another minimalist shoe brand I have wasted $ on in the past. If you are a minimalist and need a zero heel to toe drop, little to no arch support and want quality and style, I highly recommend Lems. I will definitely be adding a pair of boots and likely a leather shoe soon.

Thrilled customer
I've literally purchased three pairs of Lems in the past six months. I absolutely love the fit (even though my feet aren't particularly wide) and the cork sole is especially good at keeping my feet feeling cool. I often wear with socks, but appreciate the ability to comfortably go sock-less.
Not only have I been delighted with mine, but my wife now has two pairs of Lems, as well!

The Zens are ok
So I bought a few pairs of shoes from Lems, The Chillums are the favorite and the regular Zen shoes are second. The suede is just too hot, but they are a good winter shoe, They dry super fast and hold up super well. No more back pain.
