Absolutely incredible customer service
These shoes were chosen as a gift for my father-in-law. They were his first pair of Lems and he could not quite figure out sizing. Lems exchanged the shoes for us seceral times with such quick shipping and turnaround. We finally found the size he was comfortable with and they have become a staple in his routine.

Just the Ticket
I know these were listed as men's shoes, but since most Lems are sized for both men and women, I (a woman) ordered them anyway. Tired of shoes I have to tie - these are sharp enough for casual dress-up (and who wears gowns nowadays anyway). Comfy slip-ons. I got them in both brown & black. I suggest - for women - a half-size smaller than your usual Lems shoe.
