Run small
I have a couple of pair of Lems shoes in 10.5 and they fit great. Got these in a 10.5 and my big toe is smushed against the end of the shoe. No larger sizes unfortunately. Returned them within an hour. Their return was great when dropping off at the UPS store. Credit hit my card before I got home! Ordered a different style that will hopefully fit better.

I've owned 3 pairs of these
The first pair was excellent or if the box, and significantly longer in shoe size. The last two pairs were shorter, and I had to stretch them a lot. There were also visible differences in the shoes (different loop on the back for one thing), but there was never any mention on the Lem's website of a redesign of this shoe model. The construction is great on all three, but the sizing/dimensions was significantly different for two of the three pairs of size 13 Primal Pursuit shoes.

Good not perfect
Had a pair now for 9 months. Wanted a durable, do most things reasonably well shoe. Cycle touring flat pedals, hiking, canoeing, travel, short trails runs. They're almost there.
Good fit and secure with good toe spread but a little too snug for hot weather expansion. That's probably due to my weird feet. Negatives. The mesh let's sand in. The laces come undone constantly. The heal counter wore pretty quickly and they suck up water and take ages to dry so not good as a thru trail or canoe shoe. I have a black pair and they just look mucky all the time so not great as a travel shoe. If Lems can just tweak those issues they'd be perfect as a do most things reasonably well shoe. Apart dome the heal wear they seem very durable and the grip is great on loamy Welsh soils and stony Spanish caminos.
