Great fit - Kinda thicc
Overall I really like the shoe and have worn it daily for about 1 week.
About me: NOT your typical 0 drop shoe guy. 300lbs and chunky. Usually wear out the sole on a 9 to 5 shoe every 9-12 months.
Use: Working in a hotel, concrete, industrial carpet, and tile floor. Errands and weekend stuff in an urban setting. ~15k steps per day
The good: it is slip resistant, soft leather upper, looks good enough for business casual, but is at home with jeans or shorts. I could wear this for pretty much every I do. Based on overall longevity, this could replace my 9 to 5s for work and is my casual shoe of choice.
Other observations: It is REALLY soft compared to my boulder boot, 9 to 5, and chillum. There is a pretty noticeable squish when walking. Some squish marks on the midsole already too. I think this is a combination issue, the outsole is pretty soft to provide the non slip, but the midsole is also quite thick, and I am quite heavy. Unsure if others have noticed the squish or not. I feel I have lost some of the ground feel of having almost no cushion, but isn't unstable feeling squish like a pair of altras. I have worn lems exclusively for long enough I am now no longer to really wear anything else comfortably or confidently...Not a deal breaker and as long as these last roughly as long as my other shoes I would still get them again but am worried that they will wear out faster. I should mention o don't need the non slip and I bought them exclusively because they are an all…

WHERE ARE THE COLORS???
I would have given these shoes a six star rating IF there were some color choices. Black and white? LEMS needs to think outside the box! It's like LEMS is trying to sell these shoes ONLY to nurses and restaurant workers. The Kourt Grips are much better than that, especially for old people and any workers who need zero drop and complete support of the foot. The SEVEN PAIRS OF EYELETS allow lace-to-toe support of the ENTIRE FOOT instead of just the back of the foot like the Chillums. PLEASE PLEASE make the Kourt Grips in beige, tan, coyote, cougar, brown, maple, oak, and cordovan all with matching soles (NOT white). I would recommend to nurses and restaurant workers as is.

Very comfortable with plenty of room for toe splay. I’ve worn barefoot shoes for many years now and there are some situations I prefer more material between my foot and the ground. These are those desired shoes that still offer toe splay.
