Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This brand new, sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

Comfortable and light, favorite boots yet
I own a pair of these in women’s, my husband owns a pair and I and just bought this pair for my son in December. He says he gets compliments constantly on them and people are always asking him where he got them. Our family has become walking advertisements bc we all have matching lems now, and are the only shoes me and my husband wear now. They’re comfortable, light and great looking! We are huge fans. Our son is pretty rough on shoes, so that will be the true test- on how long they last!

Fantastic shoe!!
Lems always has incredible products. Their shoes are no exception. The quality is incredible and the fit and feel are wonderful. I purchased these shoes for my husband and he can't stop raving about how wonderful they are, even from the first initial test run. Usually you need to break a shoe in for a while for it to start feeling great, but these were wonderful from the start.
