Mixed Feelings
The actual shoe is wonderful, I like the way it looks and this is the first shoe I've tried where there isn't foot pain - yay! Unfortunately, as I've been wearing them, this shoe has started to rub just below my ankle and create a sore... so I'm getting pain when walking anyway. If your ankles are maybe a bit higher than normal (maybe mine are lower the normal) then it could work, otherwise I would recommend for long term walking around from the ankle irritation.

As Good as Expected
I've lost count of how many pairs of Lems shoes and boots I have had. I keep buying them because the form, fit, and function are excellent and predictable. I had a pair of the original Nine2fives that finally needed replacement, and liked the canvas Chukka I had, so these are a perfect option for me. Add the amazing grip outsole that I loved from my Boulder Boot Waterproof grip, and these are a home run.
