Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Finally for the Wide Foot Girlies
I’ve spent years trying to find a Chelsea boot that fits my feet.. many I couldn’t even get my foot into to begin with. This shoe is so unbelievably comfortable and such a classic style. I ordered the widest (and to be honest, would love if Lems offered a size a smidge wider) and my toes finally have room to breath. For reference my foot is 4 inches across at the widest point. If you have wide feet, this brand is for you. This has become my go to everyday shoe, thank you Lems for making an inclusive style!

Worth Every Penny!!
I have been wearing minimalist/barefoot/wide toe box shoes for years now and I LOVE these boots! I bought them for a rainy trip to Ireland in August and didn't break them in before walking extensively and they were comfortable from the start! The footbed is thick but so cushiony and cozy! I love the wide toe box for my wider feet with healing bunions (significantly smaller since I started going barefoot more and wearing barefoot shoes). I sized up a whole size based on reviews so 9 vs 8 and I think I should have gotten 8.5. They're a bit big but I have never gotten blisters or any issues for it. Someone reviewed that these shrink in time...I'd say if anything, mine have gotten looser. So if you're on the fence with size, try a half size and see how it feels first. In short, if you want a cute pair of comfy WATERPROOF boots so your feet stay dry, BUY THESE BOOTS! I've worn them with pants, dresses and skirts. Seriously worth every penny and I didn't get them on sale.

Best Boot Ever
To say I am obsessed with these boots is an understatement!! They are so comfortable and keep my feet cozy in all weather. I wore them everyday on my active vacation in Bavaria and my feet have never been happier!
