Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

have worn them every day since I got them!
LOVE THEM! After I got over the fitting issue I fell in love. I usually wear a 7.5. Had to order 7.5, 8 and 8.5 before I settled on the 8 (as the site suggested). Still had to put in a thin insole and when I wear a thin sock I have to wear 2 socks. No big deal. With a thick winter sock, they fit perfect. These are SO incredibly comfortable. I literally have worn them every single day since they arrived 2 months ago. I have been wearing Lems (almost exclusively) for several years and am really happy with the Chelsea! Thanks Lems!

Great slip on boot!
Nice fit for my wide foot with narrow heel. I kind of wish there was a little more give by my baby toes but overall a decent fit. Warm. Waterproof and good traction.

Super Comfortable Boots
Problem feet and these boots feel fabulous! I also bought the non-waterproof. Just love them. I ordered a half size up in the waterproof as recommended and they were way too huge. Sent back and got same size as non-waterproof and they were perfect.
