Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

Amazing!
I have been looking for a shoe that fits my feet without causing pain for 3 years. I put on this shoe and have worn them everyday since. They have a good support across the arch, the toe box is good, love the cork insole, the outsole is both flexible and has good traction. The laces stay tied! I was disappointed that they are made of synthetics, because my feet sweat in synthetics. But the design is everything I want. I will be buying another pair slightly larger to accommodate orthotics that are thicker than the cork insole.

I love them
I've only had them about 2 weeks, and already they are starting to look well loved. In the BEST way possible. I love the look of a comfy leather shoe. My toes can move so freely.
I wear them as I work as a nurse, 4 days/ week.

Great service industry shoes!
I decided to give these a try as my work shoes and have been very happy with them. I work in a kitchen and need slip resistant shoes, wasn’t sure how’d they do but so far have been great. Super comfortable being in them 8+ hours a day on cement floor! Wipe clean easily too! Wish were a little wider so could wear correct toes comfortably in them…pinches on pinky toes so don’t wear.
