Great work shoe!
Been wearing these for about a month now. I was a little hesitant about getting them but not any more. I use them for work. I work on painted concrete floors that have grease,oil, and water on them. These floors get slippery. The anti slip works great. I also like the leather tops so they can be wiped off when things get in them. I will be buying these again when the time comes. Lems shoes have just worked for me.

For my work I stand for 8-10 hours a day and this would be the perfect shoe if it had a little more cushion.

Lems does everything right :)
Great shoes. I have had plantar fasciitis for several years and have tried many things. Lems hits a sick spot with what they've created and I am glad I discovered them. The wide toe box is perfect; zero-drop feels great; the minimal padding with the cork insole is exactly what it needs to be.
Customer service is prompt, direct, and helpful. I had shipping changes that needed to be made and I was sorted out in one email.
My only complaint is that the leather creases rather quickly; this is only aesthetic though so I don't really care.
Another thing to note when transitioning to zero-drops- it may be wise to treat it as an all-or-nothing practice. I have had some minor knee and lower back irritations with wearing zero-drops at work and then wearing Chacos the rest of the time.
