    Best insole option.

I have purchased these Cork insoles for my other shoes following wearing them in my slide ons from Lems.

They form to your foot quickly, reduce hot spots, manage barefoot wear quite well, and overall just “feel” better for my feet.

    thinnest cork insole

I bought the cork insole to replace a worn pair in my LEMS chukkas. The 4.5mm is the thinnest offered and felt this would be adequate. I installed them and next morning the chukkas felt very tight, uncomfortably so. Much to my surprise, I had to remove the cork insoles. I did not expect the thinnest cork insoles would cause this.
