Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.
Zero-Drop Platform
Just like the Primal 2, the Primal 3 is built on a zero-drop platform which keeps your heel and toes level, mimicking your natural barefoot position on a flat surface.

FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This brand new, sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

These wide toe box shoes are rugged and comfortable! If you need some wide toe box waterproof shoes for the outdoors, these are great.

Almost perfect
These boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever seen. I have wide feet and I walk all day in these. I don't like to take them off.
I shorted them 1 star because they're not going to be that great on the longevity side of things. They're new for me still, but I can tell these are 1 year max boots for me. If they last longer I'll be impressed and update this review.
Still worth it for how comfortable they are.

Bought these boots as a gift for my fiancé. The initial size I purchased was slightly too small so I had to send them in for an exchange for a larger size. Exchange went smoothly and we had the new pair within days of sending the other pair back. My fiancé absolutely loves the hiking boots and says they’re very comfortable!
