Balanced Weight Distribution
The increased overall outsole width ensures that your body weight is spread out more evenly, reducing the pressure points on your feet. This even weight distribution enhances comfort during various activities. For those with lower arches and flat feet, you will find that this is a big improvement. But for those with high arches, you may feel very little, to no difference.
Enhanced Outsole
The Primal 3 is made with our Widest Fit Last, just like the Primal 2. The difference is that we developed a new outsole on the Primal 3 with a wider footprint for more ground contact underneath the foot.
Higher Sidewalls
When examining the Lems Primal 3 from a lateral view, you may notice a visual difference — the sidewalls now wrap up higher on the sides. This is a deliberate design choice aimed at improving both fit and lateral stability. The higher side walls provide a snugger fit around the contours of your feet, cradling them comfortably.

They came pretty quick and wernt beat up once they got here. The shoes fit perfect to the size they said they would (although a little tough to get on, but, due to being tough, it gives a lot of ankle support). Walked in the rain with them and thet are 100% water proof (even though they don't look it, which is pretty cool)

So far I think they're awesome...
I'm a former Blundstone wearer, but my feet have gotten wider with pregnancy and age, so I couldn't wear them anymore. Also, I've started to prefer flat shoes. I've been eyeing these boots for a really long time, but I wasn't in a position to order multiple sizes at a time like they recommend.
I finally ordered these in a 9. My size in Dansko and Birkenstock is pretty consistently 38. My US size is usually 8 or 8.5. These fit perfectly with mid/heavyweight socks. There's some extra room with thin socks.
Note: I ordered the Outlanders in 8.5 and those fit perfectly.
When I was wearing them around the house, I couldn't tell if they were too big - and the right shoe seemed to fit a little looser than the left. I decided to keep them and proceeded to wear them walking around Boston for a whole day. Not a great move. They don't have much cushion. But I'm pretty sure I love them for my everyday wear - just not a whole day of walking on concrete. I think the Outlanders would have been great for a day in the city.
Another note: The suede uppers had a little stain and a number of small imperfections along the bottom edge. I thought about exchanging for a replacement, because when I spend this much on a new product, I really want it to be perfect. But I didn't want to be shipping a single pair of shoes back and forth, especially since they'll probably be dinged up pretty good in a few months anyway.
