Good quality
The only problem I have is that they are hard to put on and tight across the arch. They should be modified to either open further into the toe or they should be constructed with more rise in the uppers at the area over the arch of the foot. I’m trying to decide whether to send them back or not. They are very hot for summer as well so I’m wondering if I should get the ones that are not waterproof. However if you don’t have a high arch they are great.

Trail and Wilderness crew
This is my second summer working for the forest service in these boots and I have only good things to say. These boots are exactly what I’ve always wanted in a hiking boot. Super durable and light weight. Never had wet feet even after 2 seasons of work. The attached tongue adds for extra security from getting things in the boot.
Before these boots I had Keen hiking boots which would rub my heels raw and I noticed different hip and knee problems as the season went by. I switched to barefoot shoes after some light research and figured the best way to find out if they worked for me was to buy the boot. And now two year later I am very grateful for these boots because of the lack of blisters (even after long 12 mile work days) and have had no hip or knee problems since. I will say it took about a week for my body to adjust to the differences that come with a barefoot shoe but now I prefer them over other shoes with narrow toe boxes.
Overall I recommend these boots to anyone looking for a new work boot or everyday hiking boot.

Holds up even in deep puddles, super comfortable
They do come a bit stiff so you need to break them in a bit.. but once I did, they are amazingly comfortable. I got these right before attending a very rainy event for which I had to walk very long distances, and my feet never hurt once. I usually get arch pain with too much time on my feet. And they held up very well, even when stepping in deep puddles of water. Highly recommend!
