I have purchased less expensive versions that were helpful. But got these for my husband who need to work on some plantar fasciitis issues and foot rehab. They are the best I’ve had. We are both using them. Size medium. He feels the stretch in his toes and doing this and other exercises has already had improvement in a week to his foot. These are very well made and we picked based off the size chart. For me it aligns better then the other I have tried. So I’m hopeful it will help reduce my bunion that remains a little still as I have been barefoot shoes for 10 years. Highly recommend and well worth the price.
