I got these to put in a pair of vivobarefoots that are too thin and hard for my back. They increase the comfort but slightly take away from the flexibility which is to be expected but they are great! Lems insoles are my favorite! I love the cork top.

feel right insole
I have a callus under my foot and the max cork insole was just what I needed. Not too much thickness. I still feel the earth when I walk.
