Hold up well but stretch ALOT
I absolutely love these boots . I love the wide toe box , my feet feel great in them . I’m normally a 6.5 in shoes but ordered a half size up just like they recommended and many reviews say they run small. So I ordered a 7. They fit very comfortably right out of the box. Waterproof and all which I love . However , I love had these boots for about a year, even though they are still structurally fine, the leather has stretched A LOT, to the point where my get slip and slide and my feet look comically large. Even though I still wear them to walks and such , im disappointed with how much they stretched and wish I would ordered a 6.5 or even a 6. I don’t “dress them up “ anymore because they are far too stretched to really look good . And they aren’t really useful for any kind of demanding tasks because they are no longer secure on my feet. I normally don’t spend this much on shoes , so I feel I must wait until mine wear out enough to order a smaller size . Way too late to return them obviously… High quality shoes but disappointed in how big they are now .

Great! But...
I ordered a half size up as suggested and my second toe still presses against the front of the boot (my second toe is taller than my first). If I had ordered a full size up from my usual I would be swimming in the shoe. I have yet to use a shoe stretcher and hope that helps. OTHERWISE comfortable and allow the foot to move around, especially compared to other chelsea boots of a similar nature. Wish I had tried them on first!
