FULL RUBBER OUTSOLE WITH ZIG-ZAG SIPING

This sticky rubber outsole incorporates 4mm deep lugs for incredible traction on snow, mud, and everywhere in-between! The built in zig-zag grooves (siping) provide additional biting edges to cut into ice/snow and helps ground your feet in slippery situations.

100% WATERPROOF UPPER

With its fully waterproof membrane and gusseted tongue, the Outlander will keep your feet dry and warm, especially after a day on the slopes or slogging through slush on your way to the bar!

ZERO-DROP

Places the forefoot and heel close to the ground correcting posture, aligning your spine, and encouraging mid-foot strike.

WIDE TOE BOX

Unlike traditional footwear that squeeze the toes together, our foot-shaped toe box allows for maximum room giving the toes ultimate freedom to wiggle and spread.

    Sturdy and attractive

The leather and canvas material are thick and durable. They are visually attractive boots. Not too clunky, but a thick, robust outsole that is far from minimalist. If I were between half-sizes and liked a snug fit, I'd choose the smaller of the two sizes.

    Another favorite Lems boot

Without a doubt the most comfortable barefoot style boot I've ever owned, and the styling is excellent. Bought them for work, but when they arrived I loved the look so much I had to save them for every day wear and move another pair of boots into the work category. A very happy Lems customer here. Keep up the good work!

    Lems Outlander boot

This is my first pair of Lems boots, I heard good things from Rose Anvil so I figured I'd try them out. Overall it's a nice pair of boots, although I do have a few complaints. Let's start with the pros of the boot. The build quality seems good, all the seams and stitching were great, and the materials seem sturdy. Once the boot is on foot, it's very comfortable. I also like that this is more of a casual boot/ sneaker hybrid, it bridges the gap between sneakers and full on lace up boots. The boot has been waterproof in my travels, and I've mostly used them in slushy snow and melty snow. I do have a few cons that I've noticed, firstly the sizing. The Lems site says to order true to size so I did, but it's just a bit tight for me. I think if I bought them again I'd size half size up. The laces are too short for how I needed to lace this boot for my comfort, so I needed to get longer laces. Getting my foot in this boot is a huge pain, it's really tight in the ankle, but once my foot is in the boot, it's comfortable. I do have room in the toe box, but the boot is tight over the top of the foot, so I had to lace them very loosely. This is my first "no drop" or "barefoot" boot, so take that as you will. Once the boots are on though, they're comfortable to walk in with the exception of one hot spot on the inner ankle of my right foot. The boots are breaking in well though, and they are becoming more comfy as time passes. Overall a nice boot, I'd buy them again.
